How can we read and interpret Scripture well?
I write a quarterly cavalcade for Preach mag, in which I explore a meaning word or phrase in the Bible and the ideas that information technology expresses. I take written for them on:
- the phrase 'Give-and-take of God'
- the theme of 'Mission'
- the pregnant of 'Apocalypse'
- the ministry building of 'Healing',
- the question of 'Welcome',
- the biblical agreement of 'Justice',
- what the Bible means past the term 'church'
- what the Bible says most grief and grieving.
Louisa Lockwood, who is editor the mag, invited me for a chat nearly the column I write, and what I think is important in relation to our reading of the Bible. The video is merely 13 minutes long, linked beneath, and these are the fundamental things that we cover.
